Whilst you are with us....

We kindly ask you to allow enough time for your experience at Vida Beauty Clinic, and arrive 10 mins prior to your appointment so we can record your current details and information needs. Our fully qualified Therapists are pleased to recommend products to help to gain the results you gain with us and help you achieve you well being.

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to the continued sucess of Vida Beauty Clinic, we strongly recommend that you book your appointment at least 4 weeks in advance, so we can allocate an appropiate time for you. This is particularly important if your appointment is for one hour or more, if your are booking during our busiest periods,ie. summer and december, if you requiere an evening or saturday appointment or if you are paying by way of a gift/deal voucher thas is due to expire.

When you book your treatment, your appointment has been allocated specialy for you. Please if you wish to cancel your scheduled appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice as a courtesy to both our Therapists and other clients waiting to get an appointment with us. Please note that there is a cancellation fee of £25 if the appointment is cancelled on the day of the appointment. Missed appointment will be charged at the full treatment cost for that day. If you have purchased a course of treatment and missed an appointment, one treatment will be deducted. This also applies if you don't attend a booking- if payment is by way of voucher, the vocuher will be cancelled.

ROOM FOR TWO

Couple treatment rooms designed to create a sensory heaven. Ideal for the best friends who whish to share this lovely experience, quality time for mother and daughter or an anniversry treat for husband and wife, boyfriend and girlfriend, etc. Some treatments are not suitable in a room for two confirm at time of booking.
